Hello. I'm Leigh Durst, the principal of Live Path. I'm a 19 year veteran in the areas of business, operations, customer strategy, ecommerce, digital and social media. Simply put, I'm an advocate for creating and delivering remarkable customer experiences. I do this by teaching companies how to proactively anticipate customer needs, streamline business efforts and harness new tools to improve business outcomes. I am a silo slayer and an enemy of the status quo. I'm a strategist who knows how to execute and 100% of my work is generated through word-of-mouth referral.
In my spare time, I am a wife, a mom and a helper of others. I'm a design, culinary and photography fanatic. I recently served as a co-curator for the SXSWCares / SXSW4Japan campaign, where we raised over $125k in online donations for Japan Earthquake and Tsunami relief in a matter of weeks. I'm an advocate for small business, online privacy and an active citizen of the social grid.
I'm currently based out of the Midwest and have a bi-costal commute and a large digital footprint. So, am often found working at 30,000 feet. I love meeting new people and hope you'll reach out to say hello, online or in person!
