Simply put, Live Path is an independent customer experience consultancy based in the Midwest. We're a small group of down-to-earth, practical, plain-English speaking consultants who love our work -- and our clients. We have more than 20 years of experience in a variety of disciplines across and array of industries. We work with many different shapes and sizes of companies, from Fortune 100 to new business start-ups.
We help companies architect experience. We step into the customer’s shoes to help craft new experiences and analyze and improve existing experiences. Whether you need assistance within a single channel, such as creating (or redesigning) a website - or with a broader experience, such as developing a multi-channel marketing program or campaign – we bring the right resources to the table to define, refine and improve customer experience.

Finally, we work with our clients (and third party agencies) to rally all "agents of experience" around centralized plans to support better collaboration, development and delivery.
